Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the rules governing use of the Velqora platform. By accessing Velqora, you agree to comply with this AUP in addition to our Terms of Service.

2. Permitted Uses

You may use Velqora to:

• Generate legal document drafts for your own personal or internal business use;
• Analyse and review legal templates for educational or reference purposes;
• Create contract drafts that will be reviewed and executed with professional legal oversight.

3. Strictly Prohibited Activities

You must not use Velqora to:

3.1 Illegal Activities

• Draft or use documents for fraud, deception, or misrepresentation;
• Facilitate money laundering, tax evasion, or financial crimes;
• Create documents for enforcing illegal agreements or transactions;
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or court order.

3.2 Misuse of the Platform

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the AI models, source code, or algorithms;
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the Service beyond normal human use;
• Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security mechanisms;
• Share account credentials with unauthorised third parties;
• Attempt denial-of-service attacks on the platform.

3.3 Harmful Content

• Generate documents that threaten, harass, or intimidate individuals;
• Create content that discriminates on the basis of caste, religion, gender, race, or nationality;
• Produce documents that violate any person's fundamental rights.

3.4 Intellectual Property Violations

• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute Generated Content as a standalone legal product or service;
• Represent AI-Generated Content as the work of a licensed legal professional;
• Infringe any third party's copyright, trademark, or patent.

4. Enforcement

4.1 We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP.

4.2 Upon confirmed violation, we may: (a) immediately suspend or terminate your account without notice; (b) remove any offending content; (c) report the violation to relevant law enforcement authorities; (d) take civil or criminal legal action.

4.3 We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and will disclose user information where required by a valid court order or legal process.

5. Reporting Violations

To report AUP violations, suspected abuse, or illegal activity: abuse@velqora.com. We will investigate all genuine reports within 5 business days.

6. Updates

We may update this AUP periodically. Continued use of the Service after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised AUP.
